Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Matterhornblick, particularly the clean and cozy room with a lovely view of the Matterhorn. However, the negative experience with the rude owner at check-in really put a damper on my experience. The friendly staff, nice spa facilities, and reasonable breakfast were highlights that made up for some of the shortcomings.
